Account Executive
Job Summary: The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads. Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate Contracts: Develop sales pitches and negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Ensure terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
- Provide Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services. Communicate client needs and preferences to the operations team.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Cleaning Technician (multiple positions)
Our Cleaning Technicians are the face of our company. They take care of our clients by delivering quality services.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning, wiping, mopping, vacuuming surfaces, walls, glass, furniture, and floors in commercial properties such as office spaces, health centers, medical clinics, common areas, restaurants, bars, stores, and industries (services may include kitchen and bathrooms). - Cleaning work can also be for move-out, move-in, post-construction, or post-renovation projects, or others.
Requirements:
- Experience in the cleaning industry is appreciated, but not required.
- Training will be provided.
- The Cleaning Technician needs to be able to move its body in different positions to make sure cleaning tasks are completed.
- Its important that the employee is bondable,
- Driver’s validity license check,
- Willing to have its Criminal record check.
Its a plus, but not mandatory, if the Cleaning Technician has their own reliable vehicle, and cell phone with internet.
Qualifications expected by the employee:
– Punctual,
– detail-oriented,
– time management skills,
– work well alone and also alongside coworkers.
Organizational structure:
- Cleaning technicians report themselves to Team Leaders and Project Managers inside Cleaning Angels.
- Cleaning technicians’ work takes place in a non-office environment.
- The work schedule might occur with or without a team, depending on the service provided.
- You will sign a document describing your work, confirming with the checklists that all cleanings are done, and requesting material for the next cleanings.
Salary and work hours:
Competitive salary.
Our flexible hours will allow you to work Weekdays and Weekends according to our needs and your availability, i.e. casual, part-time or full-time.
If the job is a janitorial job with a fixed address, we do not pay travel time.
